Marche Bantum
Founder & CEO
Marche is a lawyer whose career spans public practice, private practice, and Big Four advisory, including building technology solutions for legal and professional services teams at EY. Before founding Zenias, he scaled a marketing company and built a full-stack CRM platform that was acquired by a larger firm. He started Zenias to bring practical AI engineering to Australian law firms.
Quincy Patti
Head of R&D
Quincy is an award-winning musician and technologist who has shipped full-stack iOS applications and AI-powered products across music, brand, and enterprise. At Zenias he leads R&D, designing the multi-agent systems and bespoke software behind the firm’s client work.
James Royal
Head of Strategic Engineering
James is a seasoned technology founder who established Little Group — spanning managed IT, cloud hosting, AI, web development, and digital marketing across Australia and Europe. At Zenias he brings that enterprise security and agentic AI experience to the data-sensitivity and reliability demands of legal practice.
